How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse through our selection of treats, add your favorites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept various payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our products are made to order. It will take approximately 3 days to fulfill and ship your order.

 

I Am having trouble placing an order. Who can I contact for help?

You can send us a message via e-mail to hola@elcucubano.com regarding your situation, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

All our orders are final, but you could immediately send a request to change or cancel your order through e-mail hola@elcucubano.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once we started to fulfill it or the order has already shipped.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all the United States and Puerto Rico.

 

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies according to the quantity of products order and the location to where it is shipped. Shipping cost will appear at check out.

 

Does your shipments include tracking?

YES! All our packages include tracking number.

 

How do I know my order has shipped?

You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation when your order as shipped, it will include the tracking number for your package.

Do you offer exchanges?

All our orders are final. We do not offer exchange for our products once the order has shipped.

 

How can I return an order?

All our orders are final. All our products are fresh and made to order. We cannot accept returns.

 

Do you offer refunds?

All our orders are final. We do not offer refunds. We can only make changes to your order before they are fulfilled.

 

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

All our orders are final. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds, if there is any damage on transit you need to contact us immediately at hola@elcucubano.com and send photo evidence of the package and the products, so we can help you further.
